Domestic/Family Mediation

Working beyond the emotions

Family-Law-IconFamilies involved in divorce or child custody cases struggle with doing the right thing. They want to protect their interests, but they also want to avoid the emotional trauma of having children or other family members testify before a judge or jury.

Mediation often is an excellent option when facing difficult family disputes.

This process requires everyone to work in good faith toward a mutually agreeable resolution. In Mediation, you are not bound to opinions of a Mediator. However, if you reach a compromise, everyone involved signs a Settlement Agreement Contract that is filed in court and is enforced under the terms.

Our Domestic/Family Mediation services include (but are not limited to):

  • Joint custody arrangements
  • Parenting time
  • Relocation issues
  • Property settlement
  • Spousal support
