Our Firm

Trusting Your Attorney

With deep family roots in the community and good friends since nursery school, Rob Schafstall and Jim Admire founded the Schafstall & Admire, LLP law firm on October 1, 2013.

With over 50 years of combined legal experience, they devote their time to helping their clients in a variety of matters, ranging from probate administration after the passing of a loved one, to business creation and management, to family law matters, and real estate transactions.

Rob and Jim help cities and towns, large and small corporations, and families and individuals navigate complex legal issues. They offer courteous, skilled and effective counsel. Most of their attorney-client relationships become long-term.

Rob and Jim are life-long friends, former classmates and teammates growing up in Franklin, and together graduated from Franklin Community High School in 1985. In 1989, Rob graduated from Wabash College and Jim from Indiana University. Both graduated from law school in 1992 – Rob from Indiana University, and Jim from Valparaiso University.

They both live in the Franklin community and plan to stay
